Notebook / Board Level Repair Technician

Board level repair technician. Candidate must be detail-oriented and keep detailed logs of services for billing purposes. This position is primarily hardware & software support. You will be working with walk-in customers who need repairs, support, and may be looking to purchase new or used equipment. Candidate must have experience disassemble & re-assembly of laptops and board level repair.  Windows OS knowledge is a plus.  Full time position consisting of occasionaly 7:00 nights and 10-4 on Saturdays. Senior Network Engineer

This position is open immediately. We are seeking a highly experienced SR Field Network Engineer capable of directing a team of engineers. Applicant must have a desire to be very busy and demonstrate strong customer service ability and capable of suggesting our clients quality products and services on a daily basis. Must have at least 5 years of networking experience, and at least 1 year outbound/field service. At least one technical certification is required, MCSE strongly preferred. Additional certifications are helpful, but will not substitute for experience. Applicant must have a desire to be very busy and demonstrate strong customer service ability. Thorough troubleshooting documentation is required. This is a team environment with new learning opportunities every day. Applicant must be able to work in varying network environments and available to work 40 to 45 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Ability to design complex, professional websites using Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to create optimized motion graphics from scratch using Adobe Flash.
• Extensive experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript - other languages are a plus.
• Works with Sr. Web Developer on an assortment of pre-defined customer projects while following specified style and development guidelines for each.
