A Preventive Maintenance Plan is based on a monthly visit to your site and allows us to review the performance of each workstation and thoroughly evaluate your servers. The time we spend keeps us familiar with your specific software and business needs and allows us to better plan for software renewals, web and domain expirations and hardware upgrades that affect your company’s daily operations.

During a preventive maintenance visit we check up to 110 items regarding your server and 16 or more items on each workstation. Our checklists are updated constantly so that we can identify potential problem areas before they cause an outage. Although PMs cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, our long list of Preventive Maintenance customers agree that this is a valuable tool in providing a highly reliable network where emails go through, data is backed up and safe from loss and your staff enjoys frustration free computing.

Nearly all of our customers also chose our Remote Monitoring option. With this you can rest assured that critical alerts from your network will be tracked and we will be ready to respond typically before you know there is even a problem. Included with every Preventive Maintenance Plan is a response guarantee, so for the time you do have a hardware failure or service outage, we will be there quickly to resolve it.
