No more disconnecting your PC and lugging it around town. With as simple as 2 minutes a Citrus Computers technician will be able to see and control your computer over the internet. Our remote support software package that is small, quick and easy to use and once the remote session is complete the small program will even uninstall itself.

This powerful software will allow us to quickly help you with whatever situation you are having issues with. Whether it is spyware, a computer virus, or just a moody computer system, we can log onto your system and take a look as if we were sitting right in front of your screen. Best of all it requires no confusing configurations of your firewalls, routers or Windows software to work.

*One hour minimum charge of $105.00 for residential support and $129.00 for businesses. After one hour you will be billed in 15 minute increments. (Upon completion of the support call the technician will have approximately 15 minutes to complete necessary paperwork and invoice for billing). A stable internet connection is required to complete this service.
